1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Travia ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Travia provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for creating, backtesting, and deploying MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading strategies.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Travia offers the following subscription tiers:

All subscriptions billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle downgrades or cancellations.

3.1 Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests beyond 7 days or for subsequent renewal charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support@travia.pro.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Travia does not store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5.1 Platform Ownership

Travia and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its code, design, algorithms, documentation, and proprietary technology. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without express written permission.

5.2 User Strategies

You retain full ownership of the trading strategies you create on the Platform. Travia claims no intellectual property rights over your strategy configurations, parameters, or trading logic. By uploading strategies, you grant Travia a limited license to store, process, and display them solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

Travia is not responsible for trading losses. The Platform is a tool for strategy development and testing. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Travia, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

In no event shall Travia's total liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Travia in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Travia does not warrant that:

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
