• Telegram chat IDs and settings (if integrated)

We automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Platform:

• Pages visited and features used
• Time spent on the Platform
• Browser type and operating system
• IP address (anonymized after 30 days)
• Referring URL and exit pages

1.4 Payment Information

For paid subscriptions, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe may share limited billing information (name, email, last four digits, and transaction dates) with us for record-keeping.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, and provide the Platform features you request
• Analytics & Improvements: To analyze usage patterns and improve our services, user interface, and strategy tools

• Access Control: Only authorized personnel have access to production servers, and all access is logged
• Backups: Automated daily backups with 7-day retention

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Upon account deletion:

• Strategy data and account information are deleted within 30 days
• Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for platform improvement
• Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax regulations

8. Children's Privacy

Travia is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
